Baby Bundles time! Come out and help make special quilts for special bundles of joy!
The Baby Bundles Team is busy preparing as many tops as they can in order for this meeting to be fun and successful. They will welcome you to begin working as early as 6:15pm. You'll be given a choice of cutting, sandwiching, sewing (if you bring your machine!), tying or labeling.
After a brief business meeting at 7pm, we'll go back to our jobs of putting love into these quilts. Please e-mail the Team at email@example.com and see if they have a Captain job that you would enjoy. Captains assist with training in the areas mentioned above. We all know how to do this work, but the volunteers need to know exactly how the quilts are pinned or sewn, where to take them for the next step, etc.
No library, no free table, no Show 'n' Tell at this meeting.
7:00 pm meeting

Students will create units that are cut from long strips and then sewn together and remade in a Seminole pattern. The strips can be very colorful and are suitable to be used in a small quilt, wall hanging, or as accent to brighten up a garment. American Indians originally developed the Seminole technique. Please note: this class will focus on Seminole techniques, as opposed to Seminole piecing.
Registration Starts: February 3, 2019

A variety of construction and embellishment techniques will be explored.
