1. Show Chair - Coordinators still needed; Show title is Capital Area Quiltfest 2026, Raffle Quilt update
2. Coordinators: Report on your progress, if appropriate, for this last month and next month's plans; questions you have about your area of responsibility, what help do you need at this time?
3. Boutique and Silent Auction will need to discuss storage and reminder of truck for transporting all the merchandise
4. Will we have a coordinator to handle merchandise? What will it consist of? T-shirts, pins, etc? Suggestions needed
5. How are you publicizing our show? I suggest adding a line to the end of your   emails and texts - AAQG Quiltfest 2026 is August 21-23 visit: aaqg.org
