Heirloom Feathers and Background - Cindy will take workshop participants into her world of heirloom feathers and backgrounds teaching basic techniques. Students spend the day with a morning lecture and the afternoon quilting beautiful feathers/backgrounds on provided pre-assembled Cherrywood quilt panels using Superior Threads.
