Raffle Quilt Sightings The raffle quilt will be making some special appearances around Texas prior to the Capital of Texas QuiltFest. Members should be aware of expectations and responsibilities when the quilt is in their care. The Raffle Quilt Event Criteria is used before an event is scheduled to access whether the venue is physically suitable. The Raffle Quilt Event Checklist accompanies the quilt and further defines procedures for handling, storing, folding, and so forth.
