Donation Quilt Sightings The donation quilt will be making some special appearances around Texas prior to the quilt show. The following documents contain important information about scheduling an event for the donation quilt. They define a common set of conditions and practices to safeguard the quilt and volunteers. Members should be aware of expectations and responsibilities when the quilt is in their care. Criteria for Donation Quilt Events: Before an event is scheduled, the criteria list is used to assess whether the venue is physically suitable. Checklist for Donation Quilt Events: The checklist accompanies the quilt and further defines procedures for handling, storing, folding, and so forth.
