Show Guide Coordinator

Duties
  • Produce in newsletter-like format information about how to participate in the guild's show.
  • Recruit assistants and committee members through Volunteer Coordinator or separately, if needed.
  • Provide digital version of Show Guide to Show Webmanager
  • Write thank-you notes as appropriate.
  • Maintain records of expenses and receipts, working closely with the Treasurer and Show Co-Chairs to stay within budget.
  • Maintain list of helpers who assisted you (besides show volunteers), and give to the Volunteer Coordinator.
  • Prepare information for publication in Quips and/or special publications.
  • Prepare final report and update committee notebook.
