Show Guide Coordinator
Duties
- Produce in newsletter-like format information about how to participate in the guild's show.
- Recruit assistants and committee members through Volunteer Coordinator or separately, if needed.
- Provide digital version of Show Guide to Show Webmanager
- Write thank-you notes as appropriate.
- Maintain records of expenses and receipts, working closely with the Treasurer and Show Co-Chairs to stay within budget.
- Maintain list of helpers who assisted you (besides show volunteers), and give to the Volunteer Coordinator.
- Prepare information for publication in Quips and/or special publications.
- Prepare final report and update committee notebook.
