Please arrive 15 minutes early for your shift(s) so the person you’re replacing can train you and leave on time.

 

Final Volunteer assignments will be confirmed by phone or e-mail 1-2 weeks prior to the show.  Keep a copy of this form for your records.

        Includes sons and husbands, ladders and step stools (clearly labeled with owners’ name). Only registered volunteers who are provided an arm band or work apron will be allowed to hang/take down for security reasons.
