Entry Forms Coordinator
Duties
- Revise, if needed, entry form in cooperation with Show Co-Chairs, Judging, Floor Plan, Hanging, Check In/Out Coordinator.
- Receive entry forms and distribute checks to Treasurer, photos with one form to Floor Plan Coordinator and one of each of the remaining two forms to Check In/Check Out and Printed Program Coordinator. Must be complete within two weeks of receipt of forms
- Work with Show Co-Chair to determine the information that must be entered into a spreadsheet or database
- Send electronic information to quilt signage coordinator, judging coordinator, printed program coordinator, awards coordinator
- Recruit assistants and committee members through Volunteer Coordinator.
- Write thank-you notes as appropriate.
- Maintain records of expenses and receipts, working closely with the Treasurer and Show Co-Chairs to stay within budget.
- Maintain list of helpers who assisted you (besides show volunteers), and give to the Volunteer Coordinator.
- Prepare information for publication in Quips and/or special publications.
- Prepare final report and update committee notebook.
