AAQG Workshop Registration Form

Fill in the fields below, print the form page and mail to address below. Include your check payable for the total amount to AAQG. If you want a paper copy of the supply list, also include a SASE. Supply lists are available online for most of the classes listed below. Click the class title and you will be able to review the supply list.

Registrations received after a class is full, will be put on the waiting list. Cancellations will be filled from the waiting list in the order in which the registrations were received. Everyone taking the class must be registered before the day of the class.

Refund Policy:

  • If the class is full with a waiting list, your class fee will be refunded, and the next person on the waiting list will take your place.
  • If the class does not fill, you can find a substitute to take your place in the class. If the substitute is a guild member, that person will pay the money directly to you. If the substitute is not a guild member, that person will pay the fee to you that you paid and pay the balance of the non-member fee to the Guild.
  • If the class does not fill and there is no substitute, the fee will not be refunded.
