Helpers assist the Hospitality Committee in different activites at Guild meetings. Each member is asked to help several times a year. Helpers act as greeters and check for membership cards at the doors, help at the Hospitality table sign-in, assist the librarians, hold up quilts for display during Show and Tell, or just help wherever assistance is needed for that evening.

Helpers are selected according to the initial of the last name, and those initials are printed each month on the first page of the Quilting Quips. When you see your initial in the Quilting Quips, you should check-in with the Hospitality Chair at the beginning of the next meeting.
